Other horror/ thriller films - The Blair Witch project

We took our inspiration for some of the concepts in the film from the movie 'The Blair Witch Project' (1999), directed by Daniel Myrick and Eduardo Sánchez.
 In the Blair Witch Project they use techniques such as:

• Handheld camera shots, to show the persons point of view, which makes us scared for the 3 students, although we chose to use the handheld shots to show the point of view our the stalker
• In the film you never get to see the 'Blair Witch' which, in my opinion, heightens the suspense in the film because you don't know what their scared of are how powerful it is, it leaves the concept of the witch, or in our case stalker, to the audiences imagination.
